hi friends! I purchased this alocasia at Lowe’s today and though it came with a clay pot, I was curious to see if you guys thought this pot was big enough for it! It does not have a hole in the bottom either. What does everybody think?

there should be a plastic nursery pot on the inside of the clay pot. just take it out to water and replace it once all the water has drained away

Yes def. I agree with plant father…. It needs good drainage not a solid pot unless it’s only for decorative purposes. … she’s BEAUTIFUL 🪴

It’s a self draining pot, you take the plant out with the nursery pot add water to the pot and gently place it back in the pot with water. It’s for making bottom watering easier I assume. When you’re baby has had its fill after about at least ten minutes it’s safe to dump the rest of the water that was not used ❤️✨ I hope this helps
