Why is my poor snake plant yellowing and dying? I brought it inside once it started freezing outside. I water maybe every two weeks, maybe less than that.

It may be overwatered. I water mine every 3-3.5 weeks right now. Mine needs less since it is indoors for winter.

Also try checking the soil to make sure it has good drainage and doesn’t stay soaked for longer than necessary 💚✨

The pot has a drainage hole and the soil always feels pretty dry to me, except after watering of course.

I think maybe not enough water as well. If you’re watering regularly it could be the soil is too compacted or the plant is super root bound (snake plants love being root bound), in which case you maybe just need to give it a realllly good soaking at the next watering, let it drain and then give it a few weeks to dry out before going back to your regular watering schedule.

Looks like cold damage to me. Most houseplants don’t like temps below 50. The damage could have began prior to you bringing the plant in and has continued due to the damage it already sustained.
