   Calathea, it likes damp but not wet soil. It is sensitive to tap water, use distilled or filtered if you can. It likes bright light but nothing with direct light or the leaves will burn. They’re cool plants, cousins to the prayer plant (maranta) you’ll see every night it will raise its leaves to the sky and in the morning will flatten out and follow the suns rays
