Hi! I’m new to the plant world but happy to be here. I was given this plant but no sure what it is. And I can tell I’m not correctly taking care of it due to the broken stem. Or it was broken during the move. Does anyone know what it is and how I can best take care of it? Thank you so much!!
it’s a white bird of paradise and if you add it to whatever location it’s in, this app will tell you everything that you need to know in order to take care of the plant :) it’s completely fine if the stem is broken if you remove it should be ok!!

Check the roots first overcrowding and repot if it looks like a wicker basket. It likes lots of bright light to flourish. It can tolerate medium light.
