I’m very new to plants but I picked up this one from the reduced section, from £7 to £1.75. It’s a Dracaena but not sure what specific type, if someone could help me with the type and the best way to care for it that would be really helpful since it was in the reduced section because of some dying leaves. Thank you in advance

Looks like a dracaena marginata or dragon tree. Agreed that it loves indirect light and loves to get very dry between waterings.

looks like an overwatered dracaena reflexa var. angustifolia. appreciates lots of bright, direct light, when i had one it thrived in a southwest window. be sure the soil is completely dry before watering again, dracaena are like succulents. it’s arms will droop if you have waited too long to water

Thank you for your suggestions, and to the rest of you. I’ve taken the completely brown leaves off and put in in some nice not too bright sun and it’s seemed to of perked up a bit, a lot less droopy. I’ll make sure to remember all of the tips given, thank you very much.
