will this tradescantia go if i put it in soil **TOMORROW**, it was in water but i cut the bottom of the stem off?

    I always put them in water until roots grow and then plant them. I have never had any issues transfers g and I have 3 and my friend has 3 or 4 and did the same thing.

    I have 2 they grow wild so I propagate and give away often I wait till the tops dry and water again as for the clippings I pop them in water in my living room window or under grow light which get light all day but they grow fine and where in my place

    In my experience, these grow super easily. I usually just put them straight in damp soil, and they’ve always eventually rooted for me! Mine seem to like staying out of direct light and staying in moist soil.
