My plant hasn’t been growing the same, it stopped sprouting randomly, the tip like closed off, and then a weaker one sprouted along side, the leaf isn’t as pretty, it’s like wilted but still growing…. Any tips?

    i have a swiss monstera that’s acting similar! i water her, she’s under plant light and has sun but she’s so droopy
