I have this beautiful monstera plant growing and I love it a lot. But it seems to only be growing leaves without holes. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong to not allow it to have mature leaves? I water, mist and fertilize. Any tips?

Your plant looks healthy. It just needs to mature.. I have 10 non fenestrated & one that is. There was another fenestrated leaf but it was broken off in the store.. probably during shipping 🥲

This size plant is still small based on the leaf size. A larger root system and plant helps with getting split leaves. You should see this as you repot up to larger sizes during its growth. Bright indirect light helps along with regular fertilizer and organic compost, from my experience.

Some of them take time and effort to get those fenestrations, keep in mind your plant looks pretty young. And in the wild they make holes to be able to give some sunlight to those other leafs that are in the bottom of the tree they’re climbing on

Mine started getting fenestrations when I put it outside last summer. When I purchased it in the summer she didn’t have any. As she has gotten bigger her leaves have been big and beautiful. Don’t despair!
