This is my first time potting a propagated plant! My little Brasil was dying and decided to propagate the healthy parts and it grew some sweet roots! I’m nervous though, because I don’t want to kill it. What should I do to make sure it stays alive? And how often should I water it?

Only water when the top 2 inches are dry. There is a home made root boater you can make. Mix a tablespoon of baking powder with a tablespoon of white vinegar and to 2 cups water. Seal the container and after 48 hours you can poor some in only if the plant is needing water. You also soak banana peels only in water for 24 hours and the use some of the water. It’s a natural fertilizer.

I only use that combination once when I put the new plant in potting soil. It acts as a root booster and my plants take off. I do not use after that. It’s just worked really well for me. That’s all I was saying. Thank you so much.
