Hoya Carnosa help! My Hoya is putting out lovely new growth but I just pulled 2 yellow leaves from the base. I’m letting the soil dry between watering…should I be watering more? When I first got the plant, one branch did the same thing…all the leaves turned this yellow colour and I cut the branch off. Is it disease? My plant is still under warranty if it is.

Looks like too much water when the leaves rot starting from the stem to the tip. Also, could be these base leaves had their stems in wet soil. I recommend not watering more. The other leaves don’t look like they need extra water. No obvious dryness. Letting the soil dry between watering works for this hoya. So, keep doing that. Check the roots for any rot. Cut off mushy roots. Rinse the roots with hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria if you find rot.
