   Does the pot have drainage in the bottom? If it has no drainage water it less. May add fertilizer as well. My plants love the Purived plant nutrition. You can get it on Amazon If it’s direct light, defenbachia plants don’t like that. I would move it to partial light. Remove whole brown leaves and let it be for a bit. Hope that helps!

   I keep mine 8 feet away from a window and it’s thriving. I would definitely move it back at least a few feet.

   I agree. Indirect sunlight works best! It also looks like it needs a larger pot.
