I just got my first ever plant. I named it Achilles. I’m looking for some info on what type of planter I should put it in or If I even need to put it in one.

Achilles is so cute!!! I would leave it in the nursery pot and plop it in a pretty decorative pot.

1 likeI also leave new plants in the nursery pot for at least a month to delay transplant shock and to watch for critters while it’s in quarantine. I quarantine all new plants one month. I spray down the entire plant, top of soil and under the pot with soapy Dawn dish water each week as a preventative measure. I add a ceramic outer pot for the cuteness! Note: Planta’s watering schedule should be used a guide only to avoid overwatering. Always check the soil before watering.

Interesting. I guess there are many different types so it’s possible depending on the type. Better not eat it unless you know for sure. 😂
