Does anyone have tips for merging an antique interior decor style with a greenhouse cabinet? I feel like it sticks out 😭 I’ve seen some people repurpose wood cabinets but the sealing of that makes me nervous - and not having shelves that have ventilation holes. In the end, I know it’s most important to keep the plants happy - but I can’t help but feel like if I enjoyed the look of greenhouse cabinets in my space more, I would take better care of my plants. For reference, here’s my room and another part of my house ☺️ I think some people manage to make cabinets look beautiful in their spaces - but they’re usually more modern style interiors. I would greatly appreciate any ideas!!

A lot of the cabinets I have looked at are very modern like you said! I think there are a few changes you can make to them to make them more your aesthetic. For example, lining the background with a vintage looking peel and stick wallpaper would be so cute! Also thrifting vintage knobs or handles to replace the modern ones! The pic that I sent is modern but you can see the background has been updated with a design. The handles have been swapped for a plant pull handle. If you wanted to take it a step further, depending on the color of the shelf, I would put a rub and buff on it in a spotted/loose application. This would make the outside look more worn and antique.
