Rescued this calathea almost 2 weeks ago, I just noticed that the old leaves were moulding so i removed them, then i noticed this! It looks a little crisp on top, but otherwise the stem looks much healthier, do you guys think this leaf has a chance? i’m worried about it rotting on the last healthy leaf! also, I don’t wanna get my hopes up for an already dead leaf, Lol. Also, even if all the leaves die off, is there a way of propagating what remains? The roots seemed pretty healthy, regardless of what’s happening up-top Lol!

Give it time, mine had a tiny little dark stem and slowly but surely a new leaf popped. Best advice I got here was to water with distilled water and let it dry out between watering
