    It looks lovely like purslane. My mother in law calls them verdolagas. They’re weeds and they are edible.

      Thank you! I was worried it would be a weed, but it’s cool enough that I’ll keep it.

      It’s praised like a super food, now, with its heart disease preventing omega-3 acids plus minerals, and vitamins A and C. It’s touted as having the most concentrated form of omega-3 acids in a plant! It’s better than Kale!🤣.

      Really?! Wow 😮 It goes as a weed in my parents’ vegetable garden 😂 I’ll have to pull some up an try it next season. My parents always wanted help weeding when I lived at home. They should have told me it was a snack run instead of a chore 🤣
