my mom gave me this plant to save does anyone know what it is ? planta can’t give me definitive answers because she’s so dead and wilted

That definitely looks like a peace Lilly to me! Just without any flowers!

  I’ve had this peace Lilly for about a year now and it’s doing well and I’m seeing new growth but it has never once flowered. Am I missing something?

  really the most important parts to encourage new blooms are lighting and fertilization! They bloom during spring and into the autumn time!

  any tips on bringing back to life? it was heavily overwatered

  I would repot with new dirt and give it a day or so before you water again. Plenty of sunlight. I would chop any stocks that have already been cut to the bottom the ones with with no chance of a new leaf forming from it. Make sure it had drain holes mine suffered for a bit till I put them in
