Got this guy a little bit ago, and i love him, but what is he doing with his leaves? Its not water, and its starting to drip off.

KirstyIt is water and it’s fine :) When the plant draws the water through the roots up to the leaves, this is the excess.

It’s called guttation, it’s when your plant removes excess waters and salts, it’s means you have a happy, healthy, plant! :D
