Hi there I was gifted this plant that needs some rehab. The problem is I don’t know what kind of plant it is. Hoping someone here knows and can tell me!

    it appears to be a goeppertia orbifolia, previously classified as calathea, they’re one of the easiest to care for prayer plants. it appears yours was watered with tap water (based on the yellow, crispy leaf in the back), so i’d recommend flushing the soil with distilled or rainwater as soon as the topsoil has dried. it may also benefit from repotting
