I’m going out of town for about three days next week and just realized I have nobody to take care of my 25 plants. How do I make sure they get enough light? I can’t leave all the blinds open and I can’t leave their grow lights on. I do have some windows in the kitchen I can move them all closer to. Will they be ok for a few days without as much light as they’re used to?

Three days, they’ll be fine. Jeep in mind that decreasing those light will mean they dry out more slowly and might be a good thing. Non captive plants have cloudy days!

3 days they should be fine! I left for a week and watered those that needed it before I left. They were fine when I got home!

As others have said, they’ll be fine. Some plants even have a growth spurt due to lack of light, trying to grow higher to reach more light. Of course that’s more of a long term thing, but still kinda cool!

like everyone has said, three days is just fine. just be sure you water your more thirsty-type plants right before you leave. plants will always recover more easily from being under watered than over, so you should be good!

Maybe I’ll give them extra light between now and then and they might even enjoy the break as others have said. I’ll move the more light sensitive ones into the kitchen. Thank you so much! I had a small panic about leaving them. 😖😆
