Got me some grow lights. Need some tips tho! Like how long should I have it on for, which plants it should be on and what not

    Nice! I have lights that look just like those. For me, I find them perfect for beginners because they’re not strong enough to cause lightburn for most plants. That being said, it is still good to start with a shorter timeframe and move up over time. It’s got a built in timer, right? I would start with the lowest frame setting and keep it for at least a week before increasing. Lightburn will first show up as a yellow line on the leaf closest to the light, so keep an eye out for that. A lot of tropicals will like a 9-12h timeframe eventually. Lower demand plants such a ferns, snake plants, and Chinese evergreen will be fine with shorter time frames

      THANKS!! I’ve got it on 6hrs right now, and made sure it’s not super bright.
