Hello everyone! We have some exciting updates to share about the app. With the release of iOS 17, Apple challenged developers to create more interactive widgets (and we know you've been asking as well), so Planta has done just that! To add a widget: 1. Ensure that you have iOS 17 installed on your device. 2. Swipe right on your screen to access the widget page. 3. Long-press on the screen. 4. Tap the plus button in the top-left corner, and scroll until you find the Planta app. 5. Choose the widget that best suits your needs, or you can even have all the widgets at once. 6. You can opt to keep them grouped on the widget page or drag them onto your app screen. Let us know what you think and if you have any questions.

    I’ve updated to both IOS 17 and the latest Plata version available in the Apple App Store as of 20 minutes ago. Still no Planta widgets.

    I managed to get the widget working this morning. But honestly, I don’t see the benefit for me. When I tap the widget, it just opens my Planta app. So it’s no easier than just tapping on the Planta app myself. Lol. Was there some other benefit that I missed?

      That is great, thank for letting me know it works 🙂! There are some different widget options, you can for example choose the big widget and get your daily task directly in the widget and you should also be able to complete them from the widget. Then you can have smaller widgets to see how many tasks you have for the day 🙂
