Maybe as it matures it will start variegating

I don’t have personal experience with this plant but I find it unlikely to gain variegation. Philodendron Burle Marx Variegata easily reverts. I have seen smaller plantlets with variegation :(

i don’t have the same plant, but my golden pothos was losing variegation as well. it came back once i put it in a more sunny spot, so maybe try that?

Don't keep your hopes up but add more light. I had some plants that variegated more when they had more light, even a grow light. Also, well I don't know if this is true with Burke Marx, but with other aroids you can encourage variegation by cutting off your stems just above nodes where the stem variegation goes through the node, because the new growth will be variegated if that's the case.
