hi everyone, So I’ve recently been really struggling with my Ficus Umbellata/Umbrella tree fig, Fernando. I purchased him on September 1st, and repotted him 2 days after. He was completely fine up until I watered him 7 days ago, and now he has been on a steady decline. It started with his leaves drooping, then eventually they began to yellow and now they are dropping off completely. He has lost a significant amount of leaves at this point and I am unsure how to solve the issue before he loses them all. Please if you know what I should do, let me know:((

Not quite the same, but I had a Fiddle Leaf Fig that I was told could be in a darker room and no direct sunlight. It survived, but didn’t thrive and dropped a good number of leaves. I put it in a sunny spot and it’s now about 7ft tall. Is yours in a dark hallway or near a bright window?

Definitely needs some bright light, indirect so that the rays don’t burn the leaves, and let the soil completely dry before watering. To help recover from some of the loss next watering give Fernando some fertilizer ♥️
