Hi there, I planted this honeysuckle about 6 weeks ago and it’s really struggling to stay healthy. I’ve fought off a bout of powdery mildew from which it has recovered. However, some of the leaves are now starting to roll and curl? Please can someone assist? Thanks!!

If there is spots that look burnt but the whole leaf is crispy, you might check for pests, as they can roll leaves if they are feasting on the plant

Hi Janelle, thanks for this. There are certainly leaves that look slightly burnt and are a bit crispy. There are some brown spots on these also. Do you know how I can diagnose what pest this could be, please? I’m new to this gardening malarkey..! Thank you

That powdery mildew could have been thrips, mealy bugs, or other critters. Check under the leaves, especially the curled ones for specks of black, white or brown with the powder. Treat leaves and soil with a soapy water solution once a week until it clears, assuming you have bugs.
