I have a little one of these! Make sure it’s in a northern or eastern window - unless it’s multiple feet back from a western or southern window with sheer curtains. Otherwise it will burn.

I have a few of these and Callisia repens, the gold form. You have to trim it often to keep the globe shape and the pink color of new growth. A missed watering time will cause leaves to dry up and drop leaving permanent bare spots. They prefer bright indirect light. They can take the first hours of sunrise and the last two hours of sunset when the sun is less intense.

Mine gets full afternoon sun and watered 2-3 times a week. It’s grown from a four inch pot to this in no time.
