Is there such thing as making a Hoya bloom too much? This is the third round of blooms this season and I’m worried that it might too energy intensive for the plant or bad for it. Should I be worried or is that ok?

Beautiful! I’ve been wanting one for ages ☺️ I’m definitely not an expert but I know that some Hoyas are just more prolific bloomers. The plant still looks very healthy to me. Are there still new leaves growing? If so, I wouldn’t worry about the blooms because the plant still has enough energy to grow leaves.

as long as it’s been fertilized properly i wouldn’t worry, i’ve heard h. carnosa compacta is very prolific with its blooms. i use fish bone meal for my blooming plants since it is organic and very high in phosphorus, with some amount of nitrogen too

Lol I didn’t mean to but yeah I was like I didn’t see anyone searching for “Hoya blooming too much?”! The first year I had mine it never bloomed! It got happier when I hung it in the window and was fertilizing regularly.
