i went to move my plants under my grow light tonight and realized my snake has these grey spots on it with some yellow bumps. it has been sitting near my new corn plant which i cleaned off the other day because i thought there was dried water on the leaves and the grey is back on the corn plant as well. these two plants sit next to each other on the same table. is this a fungus? how do i cure?

It could be a few things like reoccurring powdery mildew, scale or fungus. Fungus usually starts from the soil. Check the soil. It’s typically not harmful. You can wipe off or treat with fungicide if its unsightly. It could also be scale since it is bumpy and reappears. Wiping cannot get rid of the eggs in the soil, if it is scale. Eggs hatch in as little as one day. You can treat with insecticidal soap or neem oil. Weekly treatments may be needed to get rid of them. Isolate the infected plants, if it looks like scale. I always quarantine new plants for about a month. Good look.
