In the light of everything going on. I’ve been able to help my string of frogs and putting it in a cloche for the humidity has allows the leaves to recover in record time. If y’all don’t have any humidity control or places to increase humidity I strongly suggest doing it. Im amazed how it looked almost dead a few days ago but a good soak and in my dome has made it look young and lush again.

For the humidity do you add some water or does the humidity form on its own from what is in the soil

This one in particular has a drainage on the bottom for both the cloche and the pot itself. This plant in particular isn’t exactly tropical so air tight isn’t recommended it just likes added humidity I soaked the soil bottom watering then placed it in and I’ve seen visible condensation on the inside. I’m sure an airtight would work too, but this is going great seems to maintain an decent humidity quite literally I had shriveled leaves almost black.

I will say that this is great advice. When I go away for a week or two on long trips, I’ll put many of my plants in bags. When I come home, they all look much happier than when I left. They don’t even need me! 😭
