What are these spots? It was potted in this this pot about 2 1/2 months ago, and have been watered when needed. It’s outdoors and it’s been raining. It was covered by a awning so it mostly got just the moisture in the air. This is my fiancé’s favorite plant and I want to make it looks its best!

I was thinking leaf burn. Then, I saw the lowest leaf in the middle with the spot, the cutoff one. Are those critters and spider web running towards the stem or is it hard water deposit? Examine the front and back if every leaf for web or tiny moving insects. Could be white spider mites.
1 like It’s not spider mites, I do have pebbles on top of the soil.

Check the roots, could be root rot

I would say leaf burn. Mine is burnt from the heat even though it’s shaded.
