Thinking about getting a grow light for some of plants, but i have no idea how to use it. Do i have to get a glass cabinet or something? Should i get a greenhouse that i can put on a desk instead? Can all plants have grow light? And do i leave the light on all the time or only a certain amount of time everyday? Sorry only one more question! Where could i get a grow light? Mine are the clip on grow lights from Amazon. I turn them on in the morning and off at night. I don’t have any cabinets or greenhouse. I use them with all my plants that are in partial, indirect light. I’m new at this too and so far no problem with the grow lights.

I’ve gotten grow lights from Amazon as well. They have the stand and clip styles. I’ve heard full spectrum is the most effective lighting. Lights generally stay on about 12 hours a day. No cabinet or greenhouse is necessary, just place your plants at the appropriate distance.
