      So basically imagine like keeping a plant in a bottle essentially. You know how a little drop of water could last for weeks at a time? Well the same concept applies here it’s essentially a way that’s more historical to keeping things humid then a terrarium. So you tend to place a plant that might require a higher humidity to grow and develop and you could do that by placing it in one of these. Specialty flower and plant keeping was very popular during the Victorian era and this was just one of the many ways they kept plants. Usually they are made of glass and other material but when I’m Rome hahaha.
