Hello! I am a plant beginner! My mom gifted me a ton of plants and recently the spider plant has this one long stem that has like a baby spider plant on it (I think 😅). My question is: do I need to/ should I do anything about this? Thanks!

It’s flowering. Baby spider plants will come from each flower. No need to do anything right away. Let the babies grow and show roots. Then, propagate in water or soil to create new plants.
