hi! i have a mango tree that i have just repotted and it barely has any new growth especially with the top of the tree dying along with its leaves. any suggestions?

    has the base always looked like that?

      somewhat but got more black overtime

      if it’s squishy that is all dead. it may be salvageable if you take a look at the roots and see what’s going on. after that i would put it in a smaller pot

    I don’t have one of these plants but the base does look like it’s dying

    chop the top dead part off to activate the lower nodes and it should grow fuller
