Aloe commonly turn grey when they’re in shock. Have you ever successfully gotten aloe gel out of your plant? Try not to touch this yellow liquid. It’s toxic

There’s a helpful article called how to harvest your aloe (plus 2 convenient uses). This should help :)

Is this aloe or agave? Looks like my blue agave plant ..: they make tequila out of certain agave plants... the others smell nasty!

I totally thought agave as well
0 likesIt looks dry. The tips are drying out. Some ‘leaves’ are bending/drooping. It even looks like they are folding close since the thorns on the edge are touch the other sides on many of them. Surface looks wrinkled on some. Check the roots to see if they are drying out. That is another sign of underwatering. It can be difficult to recover if lack of water is the issue. It’s just a guess.

Oh okay thanks it does get dry the soil. Will water more regularly do u know if it will pick up again if watered properly for a while
