    I went out of town on business for 2 weeks and set up a timer with drip irrigation for my plants on the patio. It came on every other day. I just knew half would be dead in the summer heat. All looked lush and gorgeous! Looked better than I when I hand watered! None of them missed me!🤣 Took down the whole watering system. My dogs liked chewing it.

      It is always like this. They thrive in our absence. And then we feel like overprotective parents 😅.

    I feel u!! Like just 2 weeks ago I was watching my monstera’s new leaf some in and it hadn’t moved in like a week so I started getting worried especially since I was going on a 3 night camping trip the beach day! But ofc when I came back the leaf was already almost completely grown!! I was mad and confused and happy all at the same time!! 🤔

      I hear you! My grandma used to say: if you watch the milk boil it will never boil, you stop watching it and it comes out of the pot 😂

    Okay that- why is that so relatable, but also not at the same exact time? Happens with most of my plants- but some of them hate me way to much to “reward me” like that. It’s pretty complicated.
