Can anyone help me identify this plant. Everything I’m being told says corn plant but I’m just not sure. Any ideas are helpful, thank you!

ChocDracaena/corn plant. I have one and he is about to be homeless. The leaves are browning and I don’t know why.

Plant guy LitoDracaena corn plant. I have one that looks exactly like it. Maybe change out the soil. It can be from over watering and give it a nice chunky soil (potting mix, perlite, orchid bark)

John G AmeroTsk tsk tsk. Another plant walking around town without an ID. Didn’t its parent plant tell it how important it is to have its ID always. 😂 All Just some plant happiness that I’m hoping takes root. 🤣

CrazyBoutPlants17Corn plant! I also did some research, and I now know that stripping off the leaves about one inch from the soil promotes growth! I’ve done that to mine, and she’s turned out quite nicely!
