Does anybody know how to influence your aloe Vera to produce pups I have had this huge aloe for a while and it would be great if she could produce some pups for me

My aloe vera started to produce babies when I started adding fertilizer

I add fertilizer to the water and every other plant always puts out a new leaf so does she but honestly I don’t know if I should change her soil or her pot
