   I couldn’t tell you if it’s bacterial or fungal but it’s definitely not something you want to keep around. I’d say remove the leaf and then use a type of fungicide/bactericide or neem oil on the rest of the plant. If it’s only on that one leaf you might be lucky if you just separate the leaf from the rest of the plant. Just keep an eye on it because if it’s fungal it will have dropped spores into your soil and they also move with air currents so make sure to spray the rest of the plant to stop spread of further infection.
