This one is growing so S-L-O-W. I moved three plants to a moss pole and theyāre finally starting to unfurl some new leaves.

i love it!! š©·š©· iāve seen a lot of people mention moss poles? what does the plant benefit from it?
0 likesAs they grow up the poles all the aerial roots grow into the pole so the plant is getting fed at each leaf and as it grows higher the leaves get way bigger. Much bigger than if they didnāt have something to climb and cling to. You have to water the moss pole which I do from the top of the pole with a water bottle tipped upside down with holes in the lid. It can just drip into the moss pole slowly. I donāt need to water the soil in the pot because the water gets down there from watering the pole. Thereās a guy who does videos of his moss poles. Thatās where I got the idea and the instructions for making them. This one is a fairly new planting so itās not very spectacular yet.
