Hi friends! I was going to repot my monstera and heard they like to climb. Any suggestions on moss poles or what to do? Thanks!

    I would just use a bamboo pole or one of those green garden poles. Monsteras don’t really need a moss pole because their aerial roots grow directly through them to where there is no real point, if that makes sense. But I know there’s people who still prefer moss poles for their Monstera. That’s just what I would suggest 😊 A wooden plank would also work.

      Okay great! Do I need to help it along at first or it knows what to do? Lol

      Definitely help her out by attaching it to the pole/plank with some velcro. You will probably need to keep attaching it after each subsequent node comes out to make sure it stays upright. Monsteras love to grow wild!

      You don’t need to but if you don’t, it will grow all over the place 😂
