This is my partner’s Peperomia caperata “Schumi Red”. What is this growing out of it? I had one on a peperomia and cut it off because I thought something was wrong but they have left theirs grow and its turning into this.

    It’s flowering but I cut all my flower stalks (not the right term but whatever) off since it draws energy away from creating that gorgeous foliage! Mine were looking a little sad and shrivelly until I cut those back.
