   Depends on the plant. I use them outside, mainly in small terracotta pots that dry out faster particularly for my herbs that need more moisture in the heat.

   If you have any nice looking bottles, you can use those, too! Just make sure they have small mouths (wine bottles work perfectly for bigger potted plants). I use them all the time especially since the sun is brutal this time of year, and they’re a great budget-friendly option. I also have a couple watering bulbs I got from the dollar store that work nicely, but they don’t hold as much water.

   They are great for keeping moss poles moist
