I see a little bit of red in that new stem.

Yours will get more variegation if it’s in brighter light.

I would try using a few sources of picture plant ID and see what it says. As that typically will guide you down a good path into figuring out what something is, plus it’s simple to use when shopping and or going home with a haul.

Google usually gets the majority. So far I’m only sitting on two I’m not confident on but that’s out of the the ones that didn’t come with id. So far 2 out of 10 I believe that are not certain in my personal collection.

Harlequin is a fancy marketing nickname for manjula pothos. There is no epipremnum cultivar name harlequin

Still looks like a manjula to me, just higher variegation. I think of harlequin vs manjula the same as snow queen vs marble Queen pothos. One has more white so they change the name so people can charge a higher price but it’s scientifically the same plant. Google always yields results that argue for both sides, so one could find anything to back up an argument. I’d like to hear a botanist’s opinion on the subject

I’d say it’s a Hoya Obovata inner variegated. Very pretty!

Do all of your Hoya leaves have little points? Do any of them have rounded or concave tips? Obovata leaves typically do not have points and the leaf tips are usually either perfectly rounded with no tips, or they have concave tips. You might need to take it to a nursery for a positive ID, or just let it grow a little bit more and see what the color does.
