Anyone know how i can help my friends cactus? I'm not quite sure what is happening to it. We repotted it and changed the soil, but it didn't seem to help. It's turning brown and i really dont want it to die...🥺

    separate the leaf from the rest, clip off the brown, and propagate it. i hope this works for you!

    That looks like the dragonfruit stem of a grafted moon cactus. These type of cacti are not natural and the tops (at least ime) eventually die. I only managed to get mine to last me about a year and a half before the top died. With regards to that dragonfruit base, I would just decapitate (or chop) round the dried brown part, let the top callus and possibly repot it into a separate pot if you’re really concerned about it. It looks like the other cacti in that pot are growing fine so I think if you just decapitate the top off, it will grow normally with normal cacti/succulent care
