Any advice welcome around my Hoya Curtisii. It keeps getting yellow. I am moving it to various spots to see if it likes somewhere but so far no. Thank you!!!!

It could be overwatered or under watered. Make sure your pot has drainage. Hoyas also like light! A west window would probably be best or a few feet back from a southern window. Eastern would be okay too. And lastly, just try leaving it in one place. Moving your plant around can cause shock :)

When it comes to watering, letting it dry out fully between watering would be ideal. And making sure that when you water, you soak it thoroughly and let excess water drain out the bottom.

Oh and if you repotted it after buying, that could be the issue. It could be in too large of a pot. Hoyas don’t mind being root bound.

I didn’t know that about Hoyas! That’s a pro tip!

Thank you. Did not repot. Too scared to. There is new growth. Moved to a window now. Had let it sit 6 weeks in each location. Am letting it dry out before watering. Using highly filtered water. All my other Hoyas love me. It doesn’t.

Hmm it’s good that you let it sit in each location and that there’s new growth! I just realized it could be Flat Mites. Look up a video on how to treat them, I’ve never done it before. I guess it could also be root rot that (maybe it already had it when you bought it).
