Anyone know why this leaf on my bird of paradise won’t open?!

    Light = energy. No light, no energy to push.

    Also spraying with water can encourage leaves to open as they can “stick” to themselves

    Not enough light = not enough energy! You can use a warm, wrung out rag to help it unfurl if it’s staying stuck after a while! Just gently cup the rag around the leaf and press softly, don’t run it up and down! That will possibly tear the leaf.
