I’ve had this guy for a year, at least, and it just stays the same. Slightly brown tips and no babies, but it doesn’t get worse either. More water but same frequency of watering? Get a plant light even though it’s in a window?

The brown tips are definitely normal, not sure about the babies, if you are gonna add more water but with the same frequency, just make sure you don't overwater her. Idrk about the plant light either, never had one and don't know much about them.

Do you give it plant food? The soil could be depleted if nutrients. Have you looked at roots- is it bound?

Probably not very regularly, so that’s a good point. And no, def not root bound.

if not root bound, perhaps you can water with some fertilizer (I love Foliage Pro) to help with some depleted nutrients. I’ve read that babies can take a while to form as only mature plants do this so perhaps it’s not ready to be a mommy yet 😜

I found mine preferred to be a little tight in the roots. I have it in a pot that I would normally think is too small. It has produced a baby now that it’s settled in that pot. Mine also prefers more light, it gets full afternoon sun now and is pretty content.
