Neem oil is somewhat great but also can be harmful to some plants. The screen grab above shows a similar but different mix that is not harmful at all to any plants and actually works. It may have been too late by the time you found it.

Thanks for the mixture! I did want to go the natural route. And i hope not, because i don’t wanna have to be that girl and ask if they’ll be nice enough for a replacement 😭

If you have any dogs, make sure wherever you spray tea tree oil isn’t around them. Tea tree oil is extremely toxic to dogs, even just being able to smell it.

It doesn’t look like mealy bugs to me. It looks like mineral stains 🤷🏻‍♀️ if it’s mealy bugs, you should be able to grab and squish them. I use 70% alcohol to treat mealy bugs. I wipe the plant with it, removing all of the mealy bugs. Isolate in case you missed anything and treat again in 1 week.

Anytime I’ve had mealys they’ve been fuzzy little guys that are visible. That might be something else.

This is not mealy bugs. Maybe water stains from hard water? I would give it a good wipe with just water and see what happens. Is the plant healthy otherwise?
