I truly hope you researched how to care for this plant, before spending a ton of money on it.

Don’t drop it 🫠 I dropped mine this morning and it broke 50% of it’s leaves. I’m trying to propagate some of them but he’s looking rough. Yeah idk why I thought to propagate them, they didn’t have nodes attached so it’s not gonna work but it kept them alive longer I guess 🤷♀️

I bought him this size but from what I’ve read about their stages of growth, I think he’s about three. Ps, he didn’t have a name prior to the incident but now I’ve decided to call him Crash 😅

I got a medium sized one for $30 at Home Depot a year or so ago. It’s huge now. I let mine almost dry out completely before watering (learned the hard way when part of it got root rot.) I have it right next to an east facing window and it is thriving. I fertilize it about every other month. When I water it, I take it out back and soak it and let it drain. It’s super happy. They can tolerate low light but will thrive in bright indirect light.

Typically mine i only water when the top 2 inches of the soil is dry, they seem to love a weekly mist as well, and mostly just cleaning the leaves when they collect a but of dust, as for fertilizer i recommend biotone since its a slow release organic fertilizer that has rooting hormones in it(very helpful for root shock and repotting)
