Is it okay to leave my plants outside to soak up some sunlight in around 100°f, with about 60% humidity, for about 2-3 hours? I just don’t want my plants to get sunburned and die. And should I leave my little cacti’s for longer than 2-3 hours?

Maybe if you put them in a spot where they get some shade for a small time. When I take my plants outside I leave them under my porch. It gets a good enough amount of sun and shade.

Depends on the plant! And if it’s direct or indirect light! I put my cacti straight out in full sun, 10hrs a day, whatever temperature or weather - and they love it. Can do the same with hardy succulents like Echeveria, Pachyveria, Graptoveria, etc. - and even things like Rosemary and Lavender! Almost all plants prefer to be acclimated to the sun and heat when being brought outside though - start with small amounts of time and gradually increase.
